In compliance with the rights recognised by the European Regulation no. 679/2016 (also known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” – “GDPR”) we provide surfers of our site with the following information on the processing that will be carried out with the personal data provided to us via the web.

Purpose of the treatment and legal basis
The processing is carried out for the following purposes:
to manage navigation on the site from a technical point of view, through the automatic registration of logs (legal basis: execution of the service of use of the site and legitimate interest of the Owner);
protect the rights of the Owner, in the event of any violations that may be committed by surfers through the site (legal basis: legitimate interest of the Owner).
In the specific sections of the site where data collection forms are placed for specific purposes, the Owner has published special information illustrating the characteristics of the respective processing. The navigator of the Site is therefore invited to verify the content of the information and to accept its content before sending his/her personal data.
Your personal data will in any case be processed in accordance with principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency to allow you to navigate the Site and to comply with your requests, exclusively by means of IT tools.
The Owner does not in any way use automated decision-making processes regarding your personal data.
Provision of data and possible refusal
The provision of data is optional, but necessary to process your requests.

The Owner may process, exclusively for the purposes indicated, only common data, such as, for example, navigation data, identification data, e-mail address, telematic and telephone references, if provided.

The data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated.
They will be managed internally by authorized personnel or specifically appointed managers.
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country outside the European Union.
Duration of storage of personal data.
The personal data entered in the form will be processed only for the time necessary to answer questions, contact requests and information on the reality of Infotech S.r.l. and related services.
The storage of logs is limited to site security management, within the limits of the law and automatically deleted at the end of the permitted period.
Methods of data processing
The processing of the data, carried out by the Data Controller and by its employees, may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic means and may consist of any operation or set of operations among those provided for by law.
Personal data are stored in the electronic database connected to the site and managed through a third party appointed for this purpose as data processor.
The aforesaid information system is protected by adequate security measures, so as to minimise the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorised access or processing that does not comply with the purposes of collection.
Rights of the data subject
The Regulations grant the Interested Party a series of rights.
The interested party may obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation or not of the existence of his/her personal data, may request the origin of such data, as well as the characteristics of the processing (right of access); he/she may also obtain the cancellation, as well as the updating, rectification or integration of the data.
The registered user can also oppose the processing at any time and, if possible, can obtain the portability of the data.
The interested party may exercise his/her rights by sending a registered letter to the registered office of the Data Controller, indicating in the object in question as “GDPR Request”.
The Data Subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities in the manner provided for by GDPR if he or she believes that his or her rights have been violated.
